tooltip_scaleconfig option (Mod Menu slider,1.00= off): renders tooltips at their own scale via a matrix transform, independent of the global GUI scale. Set it below1.00to shrink oversized tooltips so they fit — without lowering your GUI scale and shrinking your whole inventory/HUD. Works in every GUI, vanilla and modded. It composes with scrolling, so you can shrink and pan a giant tooltip.
