Clicking on "all" in Saga view properties crashes SI

@distantcam are we no attaching to unhandled exceptions? ie shouldnt this have given a friendly exception dialog?

Turns out bad xaml was crashing when trying to be loaded. And when the xaml system is the part that's crashing the app cannot open a xaml window to show us the error, hence no error dialog.
