I would have thought choco install would return a non-zero exit code (as per Chocolatey docs) and that the workflow would fail fast (as per Actions docs) but apparently this is not happening and it continues to trudge forward with a bunch of extra wasted effort? How long does it take to finally fail, or does it start trying to run tests with no valid connection string?

Now I hate myself for not having captured a link to the build that failed. I was naively thinking it is not worth it because the logs will be pruned anyway. I need to watch out a bit again to capture the next one.
