Updated movecraft detections fixing some craft interaction bugs.
Added more worldborder listeners so that the player can interact with the worldborder like a craft will.
Added in toggles for blockplacement, and enderpearling out of the border
Added in player leeway under the assumption that you might want players to be able to go further through the worldborder than a craft will as in the case where you have passengers on a ship they might get teleported before the ship midpoint crosses the border.
Additionally, added in a detection and toggle for player vehicles such as minecarts and boats crossing the border so that they can also interact like a craft will when ridden by a player.
