Updated teaching materials for dyadMLM 0.2.0.

  • Use package-native dyadMLM-generated column names throughout the tutorial and both quick guides; remove tutorial-only aliases.
  • Update cached-model reporting helpers for the canonical role and member-contrast terms.
  • Fix HTML table initialization and improve PDF/table layout.
  • Regenerate the HTML tutorial and all current PDF artifacts.
  • Remove obsolete duplicate release PDFs.
