Corrections and cleanup.
- Cite the current dyadMLM DOI (10.5281/zenodo.21481720); remove a broken OSF DOI, correct the loo and glmmTMB references, and drop the unused bmlm citation.
- Correct the abstract (no AR(1) models are fitted), the table grouping of the same-day residual correlation, misleading code comments, and the note on raw predictors in brms.
- Add a caveat to the exchangeable diary example (the simulated data contain gender differences) and a note on convergence thresholds.
- Show the nlme/glmmTMB comparison and LOO outputs in the PDF, and fix rounding in the APIM/DIM sliders.
- Quick guides: fix the missing-cache message and wording, and report correlations consistently.
- Remove the unfinished Archive folder, unused helper code, and robots.txt; make CITATION.cff valid; update release metadata and renv.lock.
- Regenerate the HTML tutorial and all PDFs.
