Node.js 24.22.1 supplies the official October security fixes for the static build toolchain. npm stays at 12.0.2 and every locked browser dependency remains unchanged. CI verification uses Python 3.14.9, pip 26.2.2 and certifi 2026.10.19, including pip's bundled trust store.

Signed producer: a586f0dc0aa50df579049a8d4bf26f04400fdf75. Protected PR #9 merged as b850232d2e88144d541642a4804fdb497a3dc82e; its signed merge has the same source tree. Exact-producer CI passed product/security tests, npm audit, two byte-identical builds, SBOM and source/product scans. Source and product scans report zero Critical/High findings and zero secrets within their scanned scope. Required CodeQL checks passed independently.

The 641,956-byte api-explorer-1.1.20.tar.gz has SHA-256 c989ee12a518f6d9d2b23b1f17f48d781aacf6ec31fb65291dd7de9b1661badb. All attached files are the retained original CI output; no release-time rebuild occurred. API contracts, static archive layout and browser dependencies retain compatibility. Server assembly and deployment are separate evidence.
