讓既有 Security release gate 可在手動執行時檢出精確的 signed PastureStack tag，並保留該次已測試、已掃描的 JAR 與證據。

範圍

• 不改產品來源或 5.7.3-pasturestack.4 bytes 的建置邏輯。
• 一般 push／PR 行為維持不變。
• 只有明確提供 release_ref 的手動 run 才額外上傳正式成品。

驗證

• YAML 解析通過。
• git diff --check 通過。
• release ref 限定為 annotated v5.7.3-pasturestack.N tag，且 checkout commit 必須等於 tag peeled commit。
