Web Console 1.6.165

Corrects Host card container-name clipping: complete distinguishing suffixes now wrap while IP addresses and action buttons retain separate space. The shared container-subpod rule covers container/VM rows, including rows with children. Global clipping, actual names/IDs, API permissions, authentication and dependency versions are unchanged.

The release uses the two identical production archives from that run, not a rebuild.

Four focused compiled-CSS cases passed 744 assertions across light/dark, LTR/RTL, narrow viewports, long names and child rows. The adjacent empty-resource layout case passed 88 assertions. The first fixture failure is retained; aligning the fixture's action button with the actual template did not reduce geometry checks.

This component release is not packaged Server/QA8080 browser acceptance or a complete permission/language matrix. Earlier immutable releases and historical HOLD evidence remain unchanged. No runtime patch or data migration is needed.
