Web Console 1.6.166

The shared state badge now translates Inactive through the existing display-label path in all thirteen supported language catalogs. Model/API state, icons, colors, health/connection overrides, unknown-state fallback and authorization are unchanged.

Validated source: b63fa15f6726cb78659ae43258dfc802b30d6d04.

Exact-source validation 36998466706 passed 768/768 actual tests, with zero failures, skips or todo cases. The eight state/date rendering cases include switching the actual thirteen catalogs. Two production builds produced byte-identical archives. This release reuses that candidate without rebuilding.

Archive SHA-256: 9205fbaec6e80f31846212f0949c3eac0fae083f80c6c46a3122d64c4d9da6c6 (2,976,302 bytes). The accompanying SHA-256 file uses the portable archive basename. The numeric signed tag pins the validated source; no existing tag or artifact is overwritten.
