Web Console 1.6.173

Native environment-template cards now read the actual ProjectTemplate name, not the separate Catalog localizedName. Name-based sorting/reactivity, exact-ID native selection, empty-list None fallback, model permissions and save lifecycle remain unchanged. Four direct real-model/component regressions accompany the minimal fix; existing API-key create-only first delivery and canonical redaction remain intact.

Exact CI: https://github.com/PastureStack/web-console/actions/runs/37115288389. 812/812 QUnit tests, zero failure/skip/todo; 14 Store + 2 save-owner + 4 native-template cases. Exact green PR and local signatures are required; no rebuild or protection bypass. Two production archives are byte-identical. Archive SHA256: a566684e6e0831630a15cb7212989c0e9fe707ed07965156c2b664b9cdb5ba27; 2982104 bytes. Thirteen packaged locales and the dependency graph are retained.

Upstream-pending build advisory GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm remains visible (7 High / 3 Moderate / 0 Critical); reviewed development closure expires 2026-10-10. Affected build-package modules are absent from the static archive; this is not zero-CVE or global runtime-not-affected proof. Server packaging, packaged native QA and the full permission/resource/locale matrix remain separate. Historical HOLDs remain HOLD. Preserve configuration, volumes and immutable rollback artifacts. No company deployment is authorized.
