Fixes Audit Log's all-time query contract across listing, polling, and JSON/XLSX exports. Authentication, retention, permissions and the existing 20,000/10,000 limits are unchanged. Pairing with Server 1.6.518 still requires QA acceptance; this release does not claim that deployment has passed.

Exact-source formal CI passed all 854 Chrome tests with zero failure, skip or todo. Both production archives are byte-identical. Required CodeQL passed before merge.
