v0.1.1 — 标准 DSH bundle，已发布 npm

从 @dsh-external/dsh-plugin-notify 更名为 dsh-notify（dsh-plugin-notify 已被他人占用，@dsh-external scope 无发布权限），并改造为标准 DSH bundle：

  • package.json 声明 dsh.bundle.patch，包内自带 cordis.patch.yml，安装后自动加入 profile 的 bundle 层
  • 已发布到 npm：npm i dsh-notify / dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-notify
  • GitHub 直接安装：dsh plugin --profile web add github:Pasumao/dsh-plugin-notify

功能不变：agent 不再运行时（完成 / 停止 / 出错 / 等你选择 / 会话关闭）弹 Windows 原生 Toast，正文标注「工作区 · 会话」位置行，并常驻系统托盘图标。
