Engram v3.46.0 is the trust-and-readiness release.

It productionizes the memory trust loop: recall now carries provenance and freshness signals end to end, and new local surfaces expose deterministic recall and knowledge version chains without changing ranking defaults. A wide set of additive, proposal-only readiness surfaces ship as local CLIs and modules: engram backup-plan, engram export-agents-md, engram lifecycle, engram integrity, engram dashboard, engram release-check, and engram telemetry-validate. Each produces metadata-only previews that never mutate stored knowledge on their own.

This release also adds the opt-in telemetry analysis contract v1.1 (local derived buckets, transport schema unchanged) and hardens the send_feedback boundary with a fail-closed denylist so no free-text knowledge content leaves the local send boundary. The publish allowlist and positioning copy were refreshed to keep the public package surface honest.

Remote Cloudflare Worker / D1 migration, PyPI upload, MCP Registry and Glama updates, GitHub Release, Permission Profile vNext read-gate enforcement, Cursor live stop-hook write-back, and real multi-device sync remain user-gated and are not enabled by this release.

Engram v3.46.0 是信任与就绪版本。

它把记忆信任闭环产品化：recall 现在端到端携带来源（provenance）与新鲜度（freshness）信号，新增的本地表面在不改变默认排序的前提下暴露确定性 recall 与知识版本链。一整套增量、仅提案（proposal-only）的就绪面以本地 CLI 和模块形式落地：engram backup-plan、engram export-agents-md、engram lifecycle、engram integrity、engram dashboard、engram release-check、engram telemetry-validate。这些命令只产生 metadata-only 预览，自身不会改写已存储知识。

本版本还新增了选择性开启的遥测分析契约 v1.1（本地派生分桶，传输层 schema 不变），并以 fail-closed 拒绝名单加固 send_feedback 边界，确保自由文本知识正文不会离开本地发送边界。publish allowlist 与定位文案也已刷新，保持公开包表面诚实。

远端 Cloudflare Worker / D1 迁移、PyPI 上传、MCP Registry 与 Glama 更新、GitHub Release、Permission Profile vNext read-gate 强制执行、Cursor 实时 stop-hook 回写、真实多设备同步仍由用户把关，本版本不启用。
