Engram v3.48.2 hardens the OpenClaw-compatible file bridge. MEMORY.md exports now include only verified, active lessons and decisions; staging, pending, archived, rejected, or otherwise non-active knowledge is excluded from the static snapshot. The export is also capped at 32 KiB with clipped summary/reasoning fields so external clients receive a bounded, readable snapshot.

This is a local bridge-boundary patch: no telemetry schema change, no remote service behavior change, no permission/governance default change, no user-data migration, and no new agent-facing MCP tool.

Engram v3.48.2 加固了 OpenClaw 兼容文件桥。MEMORY.md 导出现在只包含 verified 且 active 的 lesson / decision；staging、pending、archived、rejected 或其他非 active 的知识不会进入静态快照。导出同时限制在 32 KiB 内，并裁剪过长的 summary / reasoning，让外部客户端拿到的是有边界、可读的快照。

这是一个本地桥接边界补丁：不改 telemetry schema，不改远端服务行为，不改权限/治理默认值，不迁移用户数据，也不新增面向 agent 的 MCP 工具。
