Fix: the TUI Indicator rendered once and never updated when the plugin was installed from Git. v1.0.1 had made solid-js a regular dependency, giving the plugin its own Solid copy separate from the TUI host's; the two do not share a reactive graph. OpenTUI and solid-js are devDependencies again and resolve from the host at runtime.
