Cannot open PoB

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Being able to open the application and make/edit builds

What is the actual behaviour/value?

Everytime the application is opened it immediately provides an error message over a black screen.

How to reproduce the issue

Unsure how it happened at all.

Build code

Cannot pull a build code because I cannot open the application with it. I tried converting it into a .txt file like I saw in another post but it comes out as an empty file.
Moved the problematic build from the folder and the program works fine with it gone. All I remember is noticing right before closing the application seeing it marked as a level 0 ??? class and then not being able to double check.

I cut the error boxes together and included the green initialization window. The second error appears if I try enter/esc past.

My first guess is there's some issue with the build that is trying to load on startup. Will you find your Settings.xml file (it should be in the same folder as the .exe, since it looks like you're using the portable version), and delete the lines between the Mode section? e.g. mine starts out like this, you'll want to delete the two Arg lines:
