SSL connect Error

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the expected behaviour/value?

when i enter the url to the build it always comes up with 'SSL connect error' and will no load the build

What is the actual behaviour/value?

displays 'SSL connect error' soon as i press on the import button

How to reproduce the issue
