• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What are your system specifications and configuration?

Windows 10
GTX1070 (8GB) 545.84
PoB 2.38.2 beta
No weird settings, PoB installed on C drive, no non-ascii characters, seems to happen every 2 or 3 startups

How to reproduce the issue

• Open the app with linked build loaded
• App shows error message approx 3 out of 5 times
• Neither dismiss nor refresh work can only close and restart
