UI scaling issue

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

UI scaling shouldn't crop my screen

How does Path of Building behave?

UI scaling at system default and anything at 125% or higher crops my screen, while at 100% the UI and font are really small and I struggle to view it

I have a 1920x1080 display.

100%:

125% (same setting as my system default):

150%:

How to reproduce the issue

1. Open options
2. Click on UI scaling
3. Apply any UI scaling settings past 100%

and here is a screenshot of how it looked during the 2.56 version of POB the font and ui were significantly larger

2.56 was using 125% scaling from Windows so the only difference between before and now is that the top bar is cut off cause of the new bloodline ascendancies and the clearer font

Oh, I found the issue
it is slightly cropped out at 125% even with a pob name with just 1 character
and if a POB's build name is 39 characters or longer it pushes the loadout button out of screen on my display more and more with more characters
