Expected Impale dps to be 0 since the duration is 0.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Impale dps is not impacted in any way no matter the Impale duration.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Open Configuration, enter "100% less impale duration" in custom modifiers.
2. Open calcs, Imaple.
3. Check Imaple duration is 0.
4. Check Impale dps is not 0.
