with this PR, we can run simulations on AL cloud again.

It means that file is missing from the class path and library path. It should be there...

libjnijavacpp.so this one?
if so, where is the right place to locate it?

We just need to leave it in the JAR file, alongside the rest of the files for TensorFlow, so, don't remove it?
