This is a more reliable way to log in with huggingface. Old version of the code would occasionally not work
Some small comments, path fixes, etc.
This is needed to do live configuration (instance_group, etc) to a tensorrt backend from the client

This PR renames from simple_triton->triteia.
Also updates the image in the README.md
I have tested that the code still works with our examples and using the benchmarks.
