Learn about vigilant mode.

Patched version of 0.0.5.1 to work with the latest version of Pantella. Not a true update to the launcher per se, but it's a collection of minor bug fixes and patches.

Brings support for new TTSes: ParlerTTS, ChatTTS and StyleTTS2!

Also adds new batch scripts to help with troubleshooting.

Known to work on: Windows 10 x86_64, Windows 11 x86_64 and (partially) on Winlator 7.1(Not fully working, don't assume it'll run without a lot of tinkering I haven't done yet.)
