Today I've set up my thesis latex document with a contents page, etc, and have added information about previous work so that I can make it a bit clearer at least to myself what experiments I will be doing, what I hope to get from the project and why it's worthwhile. Hopefully everything written there makes sense, I need to write a few more pages in the previous work section and will need to do some writeup this week alongside my experiments, which I will be starting today.

I have also emailed HPC today to try to resolve the BC4 access issues, hopefully they will be resolved soon but the issue isn't too pressing as I do have access already.

Update: BC4 jobs have been resolved so I now have access to the gpu jobs via Professor Flach's project, so that is sorted.
