Release 0.6.8 of both SDKs — Python getpatter (PyPI) and TypeScript getpatter (npm).

Rolled up from PR #179. Contents (since v0.6.7):

  • Parity & bug-fix wave on 0.6.6/0.6.7 — EvalSession TS port, explicit-kwarg precedence, env-key path, telemetry chain guard (#172)
