• Fix repeated changelog entries. (1a1095d)

  When releasing the changelog file got messed up by repeating already
  included changelog entries. That was due to a setting, which should have
  combined all pre-release changes into a final release.

This was given up in favor of a clean changelog entry list. The final
release will not combine all pre-release changes. This is what most
projects do anyways, so this change is fine, IMO.
