Renamed on npm to strapi-plugin-ai-chat. The plugin id stays 'ai-sdk', so
nothing inside an existing install moves: five database tables, the
/ai-sdk/* admin routes, every plugin::ai-sdk.tool.* permission and the
sibling transcripts plugin's id all keep working.

Note that 2.7.0 was never published under the old name, so this release
carries it: tool call timeouts, the repaired trim guard, and the Stop
control.
