Fix Claude Code account recognition and point updater at this fork.

• Point the auto-updater endpoint at this fork instead of upstream.
• Mirror the active Claude account's token via the per-user launchd environment (CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN), since claude does not reliably recognize a Keychain item written by another app.
• Sync Claude Code's own ~/.claude.json account-identity cache (oauthAccount) on switch/login so it matches the active account.
• Fix Claude usage-window percentages (API returns already-scaled 0-100 values).
• Fix Claude plan badge derivation from the profile API.
• Fix Claude process-detection safety gap before rewriting active credentials.

v0.2.16 — Claude Code support

Adds Claude Code account management alongside Codex: OAuth login (paste-code flow), .credentials.json/Keychain import, API key accounts, real usage-window data from Anthropic's OAuth usage API, warm-up, and safe account switching that blocks while the claude CLI is running. Codex and Claude accounts can now be active independently at the same time, with a tabbed UI and menu bar/tray support for both.

macOS Apple Silicon: current release builds are not Apple-notarized. If macOS says the app is damaged, move it to /Applications and remove the quarantine flag:
