Tag v1.0 delivers the first public cut of netdiag: a cross-platform Rust CLI with subcommands for TCP/UDP connect tests, concurrent port scanning, DNS lookups with custom resolvers, ICMP-like reachability checks, HTTP probing with timing metrics, traceroute-style hops, and JSON report export.
