Goals

Provide platform with ability to provide user specified Geodata for personal or group based usage

Platform should be accessible from PC or Phone basis also API is required.

It should be easier that use google maps (as example) but with restricted functionality.

For first version it should provide "predefined" data or "user aded" data like fuel/power charging stations.

For next versions platform should have ability to make some calculation/predictions e.t.c

Result version should have ability to buld and optimize routes, areas, e.t.c based on collected/predefined data

Requirements

1. Server side

1.1 Main calculation should be on server side

1.2 Should provide:

  1.2.1 WEB based client
  1.2.2 API for clients (mobile app or any other)

1.3 Should receive and store allowed user provided data

1.4 on schedule bases should start tasks for collect required data

1.5 should store activity log

2. Client side

1. it should be thin client

2. User should have ability to add own data to future useage

3. User should have ability to use "public allowed" data

4. Users could be as part or groups as personal usage.

  4.1 User should have ability to CRUD group of users
  4.2 CRU related to the "GEO Data" should be present for any user inside group
  4.3 User should have ability go give the UD permissions to other users
  4.4 User should have ability make own data RU public or not
  4.4.1 User should not have ability to mace "private" data inside group.
  4.4.2 Group creator could make the "Group Data" publicly allowed or not 

5. User should have ability to CRUD "Allowed" data

  5.1 User should have ability to CRUD added by this user data
  5.2 User may have ability to RUD other data if allowed.

6.User should have ability use filters for "public allowed" data

7. Client side cold have ability works in offline mode

 7.1 offline mode could be present with some limitations

3. Database

3.1 Main Database must be on server side.

3.2.Local DB should be used for "offline mode"
