**What changed:**
1.  Introduced a new configuration constant `INTENT_EXTRA_SHOW_RETRY_WHEN_FAILED` to control the visibility of the "Retry" button on the payment error screen.
2.  Updated `PHMainActivity` to receive and pass this flag to the `PaymentResultFragment`.
3.  Modified `PaymentResultFragment` to conditionally show or hide the retry button based on the provided intent extra (defaults to `true`).
4.  Bumped SDK version from `3.0.19` to `3.1.0`.
