Major changes!

Version 7.4 contains some huge changes.

The biggest is the possibility to install Espresso and firmware files and optionally staging files (apk's/scan2deploy etc.) in one go. This new batch will install (if present) the Espresso file you locate in the Espresso folder first. Wait for the device to come back and install the firmware (if present). If the RESET is set to false the installation will be done via sideloading. In this case the batch file will wait again and will install the staging files (if present).

If RESET is set to TRUE the firmware update will be done online. In this case the usb cable can be disconnected as soon as the firmware starts. The terminal will do the firmware install and perform a factory reset. This is great if you prepare for an MDM enrollment.

Also, some checks have been built in to verify if files (espresso, firmware, scan2deploy tar) have been copied to the device before installing them.

Another fix is to have multiple prefixes for a device. This makes it possible to install firmware, for example for the Memor 12/17/30/35 that normally have combined firmware but now for example with A15 that is currently only for the Memor 3* .

(Disclaimer: if you upgrade from A13 to A15 you cannot install the Espresso first. In this case you will have to do the firmware first, and after that run the file again if you want to install the espresso as well.

Further some (cosmetic) bug fixing and an upgrade to a newer ADB version.
