Peargent v0.1.4 Changelog

Internal Refactoring
Privatized Modules: The core, config, and templates internal modules have been renamed to _core, _config, and _templates to indicate they are private.
Removed Ambiguous config.py: The top-level peargent/config.py has been removed. Its functionality (containing HistoryConfig) has been consolidated into peargent/config/history.py (now peargent/_config/history.py).

Cleanup
Updated internal imports across the codebase (tools, history, etc.) to reference the new private module locations.
Updated example scripts to use the stable public API imports instead of relying on internal module paths.
