New calendar + faster writes

This release adds a new bulk commit API that reduces round trips from 4 to 1, and reduces signatures by 1000x for writes (including deletes). Our calendar app has been totally redone and is now beautiful, supports multi-day events, live shared events and calendars from friends and writes secret links to events or calendars. The new calendar includes fast search and much faster loading as well as optional notifications for events and tasks.

• A new "migrate force" command to force migrate to a mirror when your home server has disappeared or is malicious
• Deletions when you exceed your space quota are possible now using the new bulk commit API
