更快、更清晰的日常体验
- 更快启动与可靠恢复：启动时不再扫描全部历史会话，历史较多时等待更短；上次意外中断的会话仍会正常恢复。
- 项目数据统一保存：项目注册信息与工作项统一进入本地数据库，已有 projects.json 数据会自动、完整地迁移。
- 项目入口与资料来源更清楚：项目移除入口已移至项目行的更多菜单；项目工作区、Skills 与长期约定分别使用明确来源，产物列表也改进了去重、分页和搜索。
回复与链接行为修复
- 静默标记不再误隐藏回复：只有内容完全等于 noreply 标记的回复才会静默，带有解释文字的正常回复会继续显示。
- PWA 新标签页行为恢复正常：PWA 不再接管 Panel App 的在新标签页打开操作，链接会按用户选择在浏览器标签页中打开。
项目上下文入口收拢
- 移除旧项目观察入口：旧的 Project Markers、.nextclaw/project.yaml、项目观察接口与 nextclaw projects observe 已移除，项目上下文改用明确的产物、Skills 和 AGENTS.md 来源。

Faster, clearer everyday use
- Faster startup with reliable recovery: Startup no longer scans the full session history, reducing delays for larger histories while still recovering sessions interrupted during the previous run.
- Unified project storage: Project registrations and work items now share one local database, with existing projects.json data migrated automatically and transactionally.
- Clearer project controls and context: Project removal now lives in each project's More menu. Project Work, Skills, and durable agreements use explicit sources, while artifact lists improve deduplication, pagination, and search.
Reply and link behavior fixes
- Silent markers no longer hide normal replies: Only a reply that exactly matches the noreply marker is silent; normal responses containing explanatory text remain visible.
- PWA new-tab behavior restored: The PWA no longer captures Panel App's Open in new tab action, so links open in a browser tab as requested.
Consolidated project context
- Legacy project observation removed: Project Markers, .nextclaw/project.yaml, the project observation API, and nextclaw projects observe have been removed in favor of explicit artifact, Skills, and AGENTS.md sources.
