Bug: Channel view shows max 30 playlists - missing continuation pagination

Noticed that on channels with lots of playlists, only the first 30 show up in the channel view. The rest just aren't there.

Pretty sure it's the same thing yt-dlp hit in yt-dlp/yt-dlp#14028 - YouTube's playlists tab only returns 30 in the first browse response. The rest come back through a continuation token on scroll.

Looks like ytzero grabs the first response and stops, so anything past 30 gets dropped.

Repro: open a channel with 30+ playlists, list stops at 30.
