bug: New channels don't appear in the subscription's section

What happened?

I followed a few new channels but they don't appear in the subscriptions section

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a channel's page
2. Click on follow button
3. Go the subscriptions section

What did you expect to happen?

I was hoping to find the new channels I subscribed to in the subscriptions section

Environment

• YT Zero version (Settings → Advanced → Logs):
• Installation method : Docker
• Browser and version: Brave
• Operating system: Windows

I can see my new channels in the settings -> channels section but not in the subscriptions section

I pushed the version with fix (v0.13.1), but it is related to the fact that maybe you had the tag selected on the main page and then it was filtered out on the subscription page. Will you please check? If you can, post a screenshot of the view from the subscription list in the settings and the second list (so you can see a channel that is not there) 🙂

I just install the version 0.15 but unfortunately it is not fixed.
I have 66 subscriptions on settings -> channels page

But on subscriptions page I have 64 (so, the two new channels I recently subscribed to are missing.)

Please check if you do not have such a case on the list in the settings, because then these two numbers will not match 🙂

Yes I have this case on the 2 new channels but when I click on follow button nothing happens
