feat: allow admin to choose which options are behind child lock #74

Description

@roskanimeni

What problem would this solve?

I want to allow users to add channels and playlists but not to change app settings.

Enabling the child lock currently locks all options besides adding tags and playlists.

What would you like to happen?

Ideally, this would allow the admin to choose which options are behind child lock for other users when the child lock is enabled and turned on.

It may work better to have the option to configure global profile settings/privileges from the admin panel under "profiles."

How should it work?

When the child lock is set, there would be an option to choose which settings are disabled for other users. When child lock is enabled, all settings should still be available to the admin/primary profile when the lock is on.

An alternative to this would be to do this outside of the child lock entirely, and instead in the admin panel under "profiles" have the option to configure globally which settings (or settings categories) are available to other profiles. That way you could preserve the original function of the child lock: using a pin to just lock down everything and still have settings available to the admin.
