Estimate engine removed (token_usage reports exact tokens + real balance)
BalanceClient: request dedup, 5s→5m backoff, stale-cache serving
Widget: unavailable/stale/low-balance states, hidden-tab pause
Storage schemaVersion 3 (balance samples survive migration)
