Added Quickmarker in Marker Updater, like my Quickmarker Stash Plugin

Marker Autocut fix

Fixed the chronology of the videos.
Fixed drag and drop per file. Filename will now move the whole video file on list

Bug Fix

Fixed Bitratechanger. It wasn't working at all
Update the installer, use it to patch the installation

Release

Made a tool of the most Video Repos I have and put it into C#
I believe this updates the workflow.

Update: Install Exe added. If you don't have Python, you can use the venv. And you need FFMPG on Path or the same folder
