Adds bare rr_favard and rr_favard_auto forms that infer exact local recurrence certificates while preserving all explicit forms and existing positivity automation. Also normalizes macro-scoped attribute names in rr_lookup and validates selectors before local fallback. Focused Lookup/Favard examples, the full 8,951-job RealRooted build, root-import checks, line-length checks, and independent reviews pass. The only full-build warnings are pre-existing in unrelated files.
