fix: Mcp generation and publishing issue

feat: Bump version to 0.8.0-preview.11

fix(mcp): update MCP configs to use CWD as MCP~ folder and call mcp dll

• Set CWD to package MCP~ directory and execute dotnet with UnityLeanMcp.Mcp.dll across configurations
• Use \ for VS Code and \ for Claude Code
• Use absolute paths in CWD for Antigravity, Cursor, and Codex
• Add dynamic package and MCP~ directory resolution in UnityLeanMcpInstaller and McpConfigurationPaths
• Update tests, README.md, DESIGN.md, and LEARNINGS.md
