Sentinel: owner-only voice checks, wake phrase + openWakeWord engine, widget as a mini app, quit/freeze fixes

Voice

• Sentinel verifies the owner's voice on every utterance; strangers inside an open
  conversation are ignored silently, a stranger saying the wake phrase is an access
  attempt (lock if "Lock when another voice is heard" is on); audio under 1 s is
  rejected while a voiceprint is enrolled
• Approvals count only with the owner's voice and ask for a short sentence
  ("yes, allow it" / "no, deny it")
• Remove the "Only react when I say Artemis" rule
• Wake phrase is a setting; new wake engine adapter with openWakeWord ("Trained model")
  next to the default Vosk; model download/import/remove and sensitivity in Voice settings

Widget

• Works as a text-only mini app when Sentinel is off: typed messages go to the same
  chat, answer/steps/approvals show in the widget, nothing is read aloud
• Bouncing dots and Stop while the model is answering
• Fewer updates: skip identical pushes to the widget, report the size only when it
  changed, coalesce native resizes (last wins, ~20/s, ignore 1 px jitter)
• Read-along highlight no longer re-walks the whole message for every spoken chunk

Quit

• Destroy every window on quit, hard exit after 4 s if the shutdown hangs, run each
  will-quit cleanup step on its own so one failure cannot skip the rest

Tests/docs: new test-wakeword, extra cases in test-speaker / test-sentinel / test-voice;
wiki pages updated; scripts/publish-wiki.sh added.
