Belay 1.3.3

• The panel stays in sync. Finished turns now go quiet within seconds and stay that way. No stale rows after restarts, no jumping back to Working, and the idle timer starts from when the session actually went quiet.
• Codex crashes no longer linger. If Codex quits or crashes mid-turn, Belay notices the process is gone and lets go within seconds instead of waiting through the retry grace period.
• The lid helper restores what it changed. It remembers your previous sleep setting and puts exactly that back. If you enabled disablesleep yourself, Belay leaves it alone.
• Diagnostics are more useful. Every session transition and hook signal now gets one line in the local diagnostics log. Nothing leaves your Mac.

Also: late signals after a turn ends no longer keep the Mac awake for five extra minutes, opening the Codex app no longer floods the panel, and the lid-hold time limit is no longer affected by changes to the system clock.
