One metadata grammar across the three gates: artifact keys follow the target triples as negentropy's do - darwinArm64, darwinX64, windowsX64. The updater reads only releaseVersion and the verifier walks artifacts generically, so the rename cuts clean. Version steps to 0.5.4 to carry the canonical metadata into the stable channel.
