…use_stela_migration: VSP-1808 Public Files inherits the flag-gated V2 children path (supersede policy, local sort, V1 failsafe) from MyFilesViewModel; root resolution stays on V1 getPublicRoot. The flag default moves to a per-flavor STELA_MIGRATION_DEFAULT buildConfigField so a productionDebug build can no longer send V2 calls to the production API, and the V2 mapper gains the HEIC-guarded access-copy thumbnail fallback from iOS PR #575. Docs record the refined pending-shares gap (folder items only, live-verified on staging).
