v0.2.0 — model-aware rewind

What's new

• Model-aware rewind: the forked child session receives an injected notice (\user/message, plugin source) naming the restored checkpoint and scope — the resumed model never continues from stale tool results.
• CI: unit tests + assembled-headless integration on Windows/Linux × Node 22/24.
• Docs: Compatibility / Uninstall / Troubleshooting / Permissions & data sections in all five READMEs; CHANGELOG.md and SECURITY.md.
• Metadata: repository / homepage / bugs fields; publish-ready (private flag removed).

Install: \dsh plugin --profile add github:PerryLink/dsh-checkpoint-rewind#v0.2.0\ or \pnpm pack\ + tarball.
