dsh-session-pin 0.4.0 — the session navigation organizer on top of pinning.

What's new

Pin groups (boards): pins join named groups; the pinned panel shows board chips that filter to one group. Boards persist per-browser (store envelope v3; v1/v2 documents migrate forward).
Tags & saved views: up to 8 tags per entity; the panel filter bar matches text and tags; any filter state saves as a named view (up to 20).
Health summary: each pinned session row shows a read-only, sanitized line (message count, last direction, relative time) from the public session snapshot.
**/goto **: composer line + Enter jumps to the matching session; the command line never reaches the model.
Pin / colors / the four pin surfaces are fully unchanged (0.3.x compatible). 87 tests.
