Taking a step towards building out an explicit "load" step as explained here.

Changes

  • New command pdpl db:load which will load extracted JSON into a persisted DB file. See the getting started guide for how to configure and run this command.
  • New command pdpl db:describe to show tables and column types for loaded data
  • Changed outputDir config prop to jsonOutputDir (former still works but will notify with a deprecation message)
  • Added API name to logging output
  • Added boolean rebuild flag to api:queue:set to refresh the queue if something goes wrong
  • Package updates for npm audit
